Flip 7 claims to be the 'Greatest Card Game of All Time'. Who am I to argue.
It doesn't have too many rules, so it's quick to learn. It's fast and it's fun and those clever clogs who like to work out the odds of each card appearing don't always win. Lady Luck plays a big part.
So there is a pack of 94 cards: twelve twelves, eleven elevens, ten tens etc plus a few special cards which may bump up your score, knock you out of that round or save you from being knocked out.
Everyone is dealt one card. Then the dealer goes round and asks each person if they would like to flip another card. If yes, the top card of the pack is flipped over. If that card's number matches another card in the player's hand then they're out of that round with zero points. If it doesn't, that's great, they get to score points. If the player chooses not to flip, they get to bank their points. The question is how far do you push your luck? Do you carry on flipping and risk losing your points or do you play safe and bank? First player to get to 200 points wins.
